Whilst I agree that sometimes it may be boring, ALL online slow-phase games are boring. Why?
Because you don't have the excitement of FtF (face-to-face).
I like FtF and live games because it's usually exciting and tense.

I can not begin to tell yo how much I despise these sorts of self-indulgent, please-beg-me-to-stay posts. Go away if you don't like it...

I personally have enjoyed your interesting additional to the community but what do I care.

ok people my awesome bolshoi ranking system is written. but i don't have an auto-download, so i have to manually download each html of the results page. so i only downloaded like 4 pages of results... anyway if somebody knows, do these seem legit to you? i want to verify it's somewhat reasonable before downloading more pages to do analysis.

this is only over tue/wed/thu of last week, cause i downloaded them on thursday or something. hahaha, so... ... if you didn't play then, you're not going to be on here.

actually i WILL be more busy. so i can't continue my record-setting trolling level, i'm just thinking about how far back to scale it.

but hey, some of you people want to know game results right? if anyone has no problems with doing the same thing 100 times in a row, you could do a search for gunboat live games, save the first page of results as 1.htm, click next page, save that as 2.htm... etc! and zip them and upload. if anyone can tolerate that i can reward you with a file that has a list of all winners and losers for all games! plus my awesome rankings. i have written 2 algorithms, one gets the data from the htm and the other calculates the rankings based on the data.

just imagine what you could do with that awesome results file.

no takers on the awesome offer? boooooo-urns. i might write a script that auto-downloads the htm files, but my interest in this is dying, so it's a battle between my boredom setting in and the project being finished.
