Revision:
Rule 1: if you're it - pick someone online in one of your games and tag them.
Rule 2: if you're not it - your posts must mercilessly troll the person who is it.
Rule 3: only a person who created the game, those designated by that person, or an individual who becomes it through the application of rule 1 can change the rules.
Rule 3(a): A person who becomes it through designation may only make one rule change per turn.
Rule 3(b): Individuals other than the game creator and his designates may only change the rules once per day.
Rule 3(c): Rules posted by the game creator may not be changed unless specified. User submitted rules will take the form of U1, U2, U3, and so on.
Rule 3(d): Rule 4 may not be changed by anyone other than the game creator or his designates.
Rule 4: if you break rule 2, you are now it. (A person who becomes it through this rule may not change the rules {see rule 3}).
Rule 4(b): The rule for who is it be augmented.
Rule 5: Changing the rules is not considered a post.
