So unfortunately, this was the least interesting route to take. The more interesting route would have been to let him back on so we could see what "action" would be taken.

I think if you take a slight step back, there were two possible outcomes in terms of Agent K:

1. He could be given some clemency and be allowed back - albeit with a new account.

2. He could be told he still wasn't welcome here in any form, and not allowed back.

As far as I see it, Draugnar's pledge can clearly be interpreted as promising to make a donation of $100 if option 2 was the outcome settled upon. That is what has happened. If Draugnar is as good as his word, he should make a $100 donation to the site.

The context of the statement is not a demand to keep the "Agent K" account banned so much as a demand to keep the player behind the account banned, since you banned the player behind the account, not just the account. This was an open ended pledge. It required no acceptance on your part. Draug made a pledge. Is a Draugnar as good as his word? Does a Draugnar always pays his debts, as he once claimed?

I get the feeling that Draug will 'go gold' soon ..... how many will follow where he leads?

I was referring to the player, not the account. The offer still stands. If the player formerly called Agent K stays banned from the site, I donate $100 US.

Seems reading the thread this is still under review. If it has been settled that he (the player, not the account) isn't coming back, Kestas will have his donation by the weekend.

Weekend being next weekend as payday is the 15th and I will have access to the finds Saturday.

Calling out Draug was rather retarded, my friend. Despite what people think are various rants and tirades at times, generally speaking there is an attempt to maintain integrity and honesty behind them, such as in this case, where I suspect he will follow through.

Donation completed and mods and kestas emailed so they can confirm. I am a man of my word. I even did it in Au dollars so more like $105 US.

Agent K specifically because despite being banned and getting his second chance, he continued cheating and bragged about how good he was. I would be against anyone who multis getting a third chance. Metas I am more lenient towards if they have behaved. But multis *will* try again.

That would be either Sharonville or Springdale. If you were just off I-75, probably Sharonville, but if you got off at Sharon road and headed near the mall, that would be Springdale. They are neighboring cities in Hamilton County.

And Chili's would have been Springdale, outside the Best Buy and next to Macaroni Grill near Dave and Busters and the mall.

@krellin, I honestly don't think that dub was trying to shame Draug. Unlike you, most of us actually like Draug most of the time. We can also be confident that anyone who has spent time finding an image of Draug and his wife almost certainly remembers that he's doing well enough financially to actually come through.

Donations are all handled manually. If you donated a while ago, just send an email to the mods and they'll help you out.

Considering I had my donation in within an hour of learning about their final decision. The "man up" concept was a bit premature. You gotta give the person a chance to get online and then research and learn the decision before you start posting man ups. At least a day.
