In all seriousness, what do you mean by "hacked?" Leaked personal data? Credit cards? Adware? Or just computer issues you'd prefer to blame on someone else?

Microsoft Security Essentials is the only antivirus anyone needs. All the rest are WORSE than the issues they protect you from. That aside, if you're doing anything that you know puts your computer at risk (torrenting is not one of these) then work inside a virtual environment.

in one case somebody deleted my facebook/gmail/everything else. that was the worst. but i'm pretty sure the person had access to those accounts long before he decided to delete them. hm... and now i'm just being messed with. can't read my facebook messages, other weird problems that make no sense... i remember years ago somebody was extremely paranoid about hacking and i was laughing at him... but maybe he was right.
