I am inclined to grant them a draw, however, I'd like to know how the multiple's points will be divided.
As it stands my ally and I are in a great position to attack the offender and take many of his SCs and reap the benefits of a preplanned offensive. I really don't want to give up those points.
Am I being reasonable? Is there an answer to the divided points problem?

I am Ghana, my ally is SA. The offenders are USA and PR. The players requesting the draw are India and Russia.
