Will a game be deleted if its over by the time the mods get to my claim? Unfortunately the players in question have a great advantage, I don't see why everyone else should lose diplo points or ratings if they win.

as far as i know it never gets deleted or moves go back except if cancelled by the players...

Yes well I didn't include the game link, or player names since the game isn't over (as per the rules), I just wanted to know when if I should expect an answer on what they decide, or one stating they were looking into it... Otherwise i'd ask for a pause in the game, so other players aren't penalized by an unfair advantage from a multi.

seriously... its been over a week now. I truly understand that they are busy, but I've yet to hear anything, even an automated email saying they at least GOT my email would be great. And the game in question is still (unfairly) progressing. It seems like people who break the rules and post the active game link, along with the players names, get a more timely response with little consequence.

In all seriousness though, everyone has been affected by cheaters in at least a few of their games, it's just part of the site. I too am in a questionable (anon) game and I have also submitted a request and I also have not gotten a reply yet. I'm fine with that though since I have never had an email ignored and I've submitted my fair share of them. Just chill dude. Though if you want to lose 25 in the hopes it gets you a faster response...
