I waited about four days for each of two replies related to a tournament request. Without a point of reference, though, I found that a reasonable time for a low priority request (not relating to an active game issue) requiring some internal discussion probably. In the past, cheating accusations have taken a few days (3 or 4 phases) to get a response, also reasonable, I think, since there is investigation, but in that case I would suggest in the future a note informing the emailer that the matter is under review (so we know the case has been picked up). Is that s8milar to others' experiences?

I try to send an email saying that we're looking into the matter. Now, whether I remember to email that the matter has been resolved....that's another thing.

Issue resolved in an extremely timely manner....once dumbass (me, in this case) sent the email to the *correct* email...pesky little details...

And - to reiterate an earlier comment - I think the mods around here do an outstanding job, and I have always found them to be incredibly fair, blah blah blah...even though that openly acknowledge my douche-baggery on the forums and whom may vehemently disagree with me on matter have always been fair.

Honestly, if I didn't have a gf, I'd still be a mod. I loved fighting with the Peanut Gallery; it was one of my favorite parts of the job.
