The moon landing was a hoax. It happened in a New Mexico parking lot. Lance Armstrong faked the whole thing and Buzz Aldrin did not say "to infinity and beyond" in space. In fact, I have proof, never-before-seen.

I used to sing a little ditty to my kids...still do every now and then. The lyrics are as such, "Cheese, glorious cheese! Cheese, glorious cheese!!!" Yes, simple, but the tune is catchy, and it puts you in the mood for cheese. Glorious cheese.

Sometimes I'll take a slice of "American" cheese that comes in those funky wrappers and I'll put it on my chest and lay out in the sun and let that cheese just melt all over my chest while I shoo the neighborhood cats away....

Draug I love all those cheeses you mentioned, but you forget fontina. My absolute favorite cheese.

Mainly me and Mr. CF will buy a few speciality cheeses and have them w/ crackers as a snack or as lunch. We also tend to get the fancy cheeses when my father in law visits since it's one of the few things I know he really loves to eat.
