I contacted an online mod and send an E-mail waiting for 30 minites, I then put this up to avoid a loss i didnt deserve, next time ill just post dor the mod to check his PM as suggested. But all the jaded bullshit has got to go, especially from someone who has no knowledge of the case

amen Tom. I've never had a problem with waiting for the issue to be resolved, as I am currently still waiting on one to be resolved. Some people need to realize that it's A) not the end of the world, B) they aren't entitled to everything on this planet just because they breathe and think they are, and C) mods are people too, and have lives outside the game even if the other person doesn't. I'm just curious, in this situation can MOD's go back in after a game has ended and change the outcome or restart the game based on evidence gathered after the game has ended?

I never said you sucked, I said the mods suck, and that had more to do with the fact that I always seem to get it on the chin from the mods with no assistance when i need it, that changed tonight, thank you.

Our policy is to not alter finished games. There are a number of reasons for this, including messing up rankings & points, and being an impossible amount of work for the mods.

ah, alright I got ya. Thanks for clearing that up, I'd never considered if a game was ending like that and you found something out lol.

Unfortunately, the reality is that if it is a live game it will almost never be sorted out before the game is over. However, with around 23,000 finished games, it's simply impossible to have a policy that would require us to modify them. Plus, we certainly could never restart a live game because we could never force people to rejoin the game.

If a game had cheats, and the game had ended, could u not ban the cheats and just divide the starting players, minus the cheats? Eg 2 players cheat. Ban them
Then, divide the pot say 20x7 divided by 5? least then people who don't cheat don't get the bad end of a stick cos of some loser cheat?

I would prefer the game to be cancelled if it was found afterwards to contain multis. Just my two cents.
