While I don't particularly have a problem with the commentating, some reasonable concerns have been raised. However, now that *you've* chosen to weight in, all my concerns have vanished! After all, with your vast experience on this site, coupled with your stunning statistics that make me cry in shame at my own sad and pathetic figures, I know - KNOW - that you are just the person to lead us when it comes to determining when something might affect game balance.
Please, feel free to share more of your vast experience with us, sir. What other suggestions do you have? I await your insight with relish, parsing every word for the subtle nuances that will make me a better Diplomacy player - and a better human being.
Would you be willing... no, I cannot ask such a boon, for it would be foolish for a n00b such as myself to request your assistance when I am facing challenges in a game. I will just observe your greatness, and use your example to find the answers myself - and if they are not the ideal ones that you would have selected, that's all part of the learning process.
I am, once again, humbled by your words, and look forward to what else you may be willing to share with us.....
