I daresay you will find Draugnar on OKCupid back when my wife and I were having troubles. Why the fuck would I make my nick be RobertB or some such? No, the fact that The name went from publicly visible, to privately visible, to deleted in such a short time span after the discovery is a preponderance of evidence that would cost him a lawsuit in civil court. It may be circumstantial, but it is so much that civil court would accept it.
