No, I'm Country X, and it seems like Country Y and Country Z are multis, so their intermittent NMR's and the investigation of it provided me with opportunity to get close to the win.

Don't you love incompetent players who can't even win when they control *two* countries? But seriously, if they were banned as multis, then they went CD and you are getting an unfair advantage. Being an attorney, I can see you just going with it just as if a witness obviously purjured themselves. But as a player, I would have offered to cancel or draw to everyone else as it is the right thing to do. Yes, I know that "right" isn't what lawyers worry about, only winning. :-P

Haha, I would have offered the draw, but a) the investigation is not concluded, so there's no CD'ing yet, just intermittent NMR'ing because, you know, multis are unreliable players, and b) I was already at 12 when the issue arose, so I figured, why not keep going.

If they get banned, I would still offer the draw/cancel as it is clear the game was affected by the cheats. If not, get your win.
