Both in-game and in the bar at the top. Right now we're in the retreats phase and, though I have no retreats, it says "World of HELL - [envelope]" at the top of the screen.

It usually means someone in the game was banninated.

I've had this problem for a bit as well. The actual message can be found in the message archive at the bottom of the page, but you can't get the envelope to disappear...

@Ruisdael - Someone may have been replaced in the game (due to cheating) or may have gone CD/been taken over and the message on global about it can't be read. I'm afraid you just have to ignore it.

Thanks all. I had noticed Canada left without missing any moves. That explains that.

Unfortunately nothing you can do to get rid of the notification that I know of. We've discussed having a locked global chat on gunboats so you can see these messages, and clear the notification flag, and then the global chat could also unlock once the game is over for post-game discussion.

As for the support thing, it doesn't look like there was an army in Gas in Spring 07. If you go to the Spring 07 map, it shows Germany having moved an army into Gas during the Spring 07 moves, but before that it was empty for a turn. In Autumn 06, Germany moved his army from Gas-Mar.

It is funny that the javascript that determines which units you could support move doesn't realize that spain and spain(sc) are the same and so eliminate it from the list. But it isn't a big deal so it remains. It has been previously mentioned with regard to StPete, but its the same thing.

It would have been nice if they had given the countries banned as well as the banned players' names in this anon game.
