I try to listen to as much music as I possibly can.
From Glenn Miller to Robert Plant, my iTunes is literally always running. Many people complain that I spend too much time on my computer, when I'm typically doing homework or playing guitar along to whatever song is playing. Music is all that I have (besides poetry), and it pains me to see talent wasted.
My taste primarily includes: The Beatles, The Who, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Boston, Styx, Kansas, ACDC, Queen, The Guess Who, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Police, Wings, Bruce Springsteen, The Monkees, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Billy Joel, anything Clapton, Journey, U2, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hall & Oates, Blue Oyster Cult, Chicago, Stevie Wonder Glenn Miller, Joe Jackson, Copland, Tchaikovsky, John Williams, Mozart, etc.
I tried Pink Floyd, not a fan. I can't stand very much of the Stones, and it's hard for me to even appreciate anything coming after the eighties or Punk.
Anyway, it's always nice to see some other people who actually appreciate the good work of those timeless classics. I'll probably go into hiding once the sixties are forgotten, and today's music is all that's remains.
