Sp '01: I wish I had only tried bouncing in Galicia, I could have gotten a 2nd build this year had Budapest gone to Serbia and been able to support Albania into Greece.
Winter '01: Wow, I have seen Russia get no builds, but -1 in '01? Harsh.
And France getting 0 builds? England + Turkey 2? Germany getting +3 is bad, but not so out of the ordinary.
Not sure why I built in Vienna over Budapest in Fall '01. That was a blunder if I've ever seen one. I should have assumed that Russia would disband Galicia..
Fall '02: I hope I can trust Italy! Turned out I couldn't though, and the correct play would have been using Serbia to bounce
Trieste like I had suspected. Italy must not understand AI allying very well. If he helps Turkey (I.e. by helping take me out)
he just squanders his opportunity to control the MED. Oh well.
Fall '03: Ok, so Italy cuts Serbia and I lose Rumania. I get Trieste back though, and shouldn't have a problem retaking Rumania in '04.
Fall '04: This has turned out to be an incredibly strange game. England holding Iberia, while France looks to sieze London?
Damn, Bulgaria was wide open if I had risked taking it from Serbia. That is painful! Of course, I wouldn't have wanted to lose Rumania
so playing it safe made some sense. Turkey getting 2 more builds is frightening though.
Spring '06: Germany is already at 12, and will likely solo this game unless we all join up against him. Turkey and I
can't seem to stop our death duel, unfortunately.
Autumn '08: This thing should be over soon, thankfully. Germany will almost certainly solo, he's at 15 now. The sad thing about
GB is that it's hard to do subtle maneuvers. I could, for instance, have taken Moscow from Warsaw if Turkey had supported from UKR and SEV.
Spring '09: Well, I will try to put up a token defense against Germany. It will most likely just translate to getting stabbed badly by Turkey, but what can you do?
Sweet, another draw? Nice!
