Well, it depends what you want to do with your life. USC, despite having an excellent faculty, is not at all an intellectual institution. Regardless of what you study, you're essentially majoring in networking and shoveling as much money up your ass as possible in the hopes you can take it with you when you die.
You won't learn very much, other than that, and if you're the type who is more interested in education for the sake of it than for material pursuits, you'll hate it. And honestly, if you're just looking for a prestigious trade school, Northwestern is much better.
It also has, as Kasta alluded to, a very jocky sort of good-old-boys culture that might make a person who isn't a total alpha-male huckster feel a bit alienated.
