Each player is the governor of a starting province within one of the seven nations, and controls their starting unit. By capturing a SC, they will gain a build in their home territory. Builds (and destroys) are non-transferable.

The winner of the game is the governor with the most SCs in the winning nation, or in the event of a draw, the governor with the most SCs outright. Players can attack or support foreign units into territory belonging to their fellow governors.

The game will be adjudicated by abgemacht, with public-press correspondence taking place in the forum and all private messaging allowed. All moves MUST be e-mailed to abge in a 24 hour period for them to be processed.

Abge will randomly assign the territories when we have 22 players.

To clarify, if 2 out of the 3 governors of each nation vote the game will end in a draw.

Why would anyone vote to draw if it means they'll lose?

so... can you take over another one of your country's territories by moving into them or something? example: army from brest moves into paris. would you get control over the Parisian unit? also, I have another question. will we know who is which country and then be able to communicate via email or something because I think that, using the example that I mentioned above if I had gotten the French unit in Marseilles to move to burgundy and support me in it would have been very difficult for the brest and the Marseille governors to work together on that without the paris governor knowing about it. thank you, also, sorry if questions like these were already addressed.

This is still essentially a game of a chaos but with different victory conditions The differences are:

22 players instead of 34, with the 12 neutral SCs being neutral.
You can only build in your one home SC instead of build anywhere.
Instead of the game ending when a single player reaches 18 SCs, it ends when one of 7 groups of players collectively reaches 18 SCs, then the player in that group with the most SCs is declared the winner.

Correct. You'll also be able to build from the centre you've taken, so it will be the governor who has lost their home centre, whose remainder "vigilante" units will need to recapture it as soon as possible.
