I'm planning a smaller tournament in the Fall in Marlborough, that I'd encourage you all to try to make. Please check out my other thread for that one.

Let's use this thread to continue planning for the big event in the Summer of 2015.

I realize it's still very early, but I'd like to get a lot of people from as many states, and hopefully countries, as possible.

What do we need to do to make that happen?

For the tournament next summer, maybe we should discuss some broad date ranges?

What do people prefer? Early summer (May-June) or later (July-August)? Do people want to fix it around a holiday weekend (e.g., Memorial Day, 4th July) or just a regular weekend? I would imagine that a non-holiday may make travel a bit cheaper.

If people have some more specific constraints/preferences, please throw them out there.

I think my schedule should be pretty flexible, but I'm a bit uncertain about some possible travel for work.

Yes, that would be very helpful. For instance, I know that I will never be free 4th of July weekend.

Memorial Day weekend probably wouldn't work for me either.
