No matter how annoying, trollish, or unclassy I may think starting pointless threads on the forum is, on this particular night my boredom was so great, my live game was so going so bad, and my urge to write a poetic masterpiece so great that something had to be done. So to appease my forum-posting conscience without squelching my expressive cravings, I started this thread with a piece of apologetic narration apologizing for being Draugnar-like and writing a purposeless thread, while at the same time explaining why I did it. Ironically, by introducing this “pointless” narration to the mix, I found out, (to my forum-posting conscience’s delight), that this thread indeed has a purpose: to explain its own existence. This led me to conclude that this thread has a halfway decent chance at not being spam; if nothing else it makes quite a lovely space-filler. So you the reader can sleep soundly tonight, knowing that I most certainly did not waste half a minute of your life, (and significantly more of mine), tricking you into reading what you thought was going to be a brilliant “pointed” forum post abounding with the wealth of knowledge. Oh yeah, and as always first to posts wins…
