Paused games that people will not vote Unpause

Can these games be unpaused or are we going to have to wait eternity for the players to unpause.

These two games were paused around the fourth of July week there and they are still paused. Messages have been sent to the players via the global press to unpause and to allow us to finish the game, but they seem to be MIA.

gameID=121850 - an Ancient Med game where we are waiting on Rome. Says he has not been seen in about 7 days, which to me seems like he would have CD by now with 1 day phases.

gameID=117374 - a World game where we are waiting on SA (6 days without seeing him) and Russia (12 days without seeing him). Once again, 1 day phases, so they would have CD by now. In addition, these two players put up their draw votes, so it seems they want to use the pause to force players to draw.

Actualy, shadow, refusing to unpause to attempt to force a draw is against the site rules, but posting a suggestion that is what they are doing is also against the rules (no posting cheating accusations). I get you didn't understand, but *always* write the mods at their email *first*. Then you can just post here "Mods, please check your email for an important request" and then gibe *no* details so you don't risk incurring a cheating accusation penalty.

I don't think it was a cheating accusation, as he thought the players were merely gone, not holding out for a draw, but discussing on ongoing game on the forums is also not allowed, so the general point stands.

It should also be noted that you should only post here asking the mods to check their emails if they've taken a very long time to respond (happens rarely, if ever) or if your request is time sensitive (e.g. cheating in a live game).

I was making an inference of what I believe they were doing. I did not say, "They are doing this." I said, "it seems." If you were in my position and waiting for a game to unpause for a week, wouldn't you think something was fishy.

How to survive as Austria in gunboat?

The name of the thread should be clear for everyone.
I know about Hedgehog openings, but it's tough to capitalize on them.
It's extremely hard for me to see Italy playing Lepanto, so it leaves 2 options: fighting France or Austria for Italy. And Austria is the easy one.
