@red, in the U.S. the phone numbers are 3 digit area code followed by 7 digit number. And it used to be, at least where I grew up, that the first three of the 7 digit part could tell you which town within an area code. But nowadays you can "keep your number" when you move, so the area code isn't a foolproof telltale.
For example, Oregon has two area codes, 503 and 541 so a Portland phone number would normally be 503-xxx-xxxx. But, I do not know how that would be dialed internationally. After +1.50.32 are there only 6 more digits? If so, then that would appear to be 503.2xx.xxxx.
Also, your post saying 8.45 for the time, shows as 8:47am to me and I live in the same timezone as Portland. So your time estimate calculation is correct. I find your use of . instead of : for time and . instead of - for phone numbers interesting.
