A terroristic threat is considered any situation where someone feels in danger, and there is proof of a threat.

I just wanna point out that Trump and pence do plan to pack the supreme court with people who will overturn the LGBT laws. He certainly didnt refute that accusation by Hillary. I realize it may shock some of you to hear this, but there is in fact a very large sect of the Republican party more than half in fact, who are Christians totally against homosexuality. Im not just making this up.

Ted Cruze was very vocally against the LGBT law.

No one will pack the court. It was a 5-4 decision, and those same 5 are still on the court.

Roberts has been VERY generous with his votes on key issues. I fear that generosity will not continue when key issues like marijuana legislation, (god forbid abortion), or citizens united come for reconsideration

Dodd Frank being another bizarre one that is sure to eventually get struck down as a violation of anti-trust laws.

Roberts voted against that.
