I'm a little confused by all this. My understanding was that various different Diplomacy Communities were being invited to play in this. What's all this about sub-national teams then? And my understanding (from reading the post) was that this was all standard games, not gunboat/public press. Is someone just making this up as they go along or is there a real tournament here?
