Now he has made a series of games (found in the new games section).

I'm not sure if this constitutes as spam or breaking the silence rule. :)
And shouldn't I get some credit for figuring out that he's doing that?

If it is spam/breaking silence, then I guess the next time he's silenced, the mods have to silence him AND temporarily take away all his points (and maybe we'll forget how much we took). :p

2WL isn't breaking any rules. If I see a mod punish him in any way for this, I will appeal to Kestas on his behalf. Don't go getting drunk with power. Silencing is in the *forums* only and to stifle his speech through games or PMs would be a gross abuse of power.

@Draugnar: I sort of agree. 2WL should, in my view, be able to create any games he actually intends to try and fill and play, and give them any titles that aren't vulgar. I think if he's creating games that he doesn't intend to ever play, that's more of a gray area.

I think it's reasonable for the mods to be empowered to prevent abuse of new game creation, particularly because the games tab is where somebody goes to search for a new game, and if the first 500 games listed are 5 point games I created to send a message, it will stop players from finding games they actually want to play. Similarly, the mods should be able to deal with vulgar game names, since children are on this site (as much as you might not be able to tell from the forum discussions).

But more importantly, will you play the ava eat a shoe game?

My concern is with a mod threatening mod actipn for games "he found" when in fact it is obvious he created one as he is the sole player and he forgot to make it anon. Then he PMs me with a lame "we are just joking" excuse. Abge would never have stood for this. And 2WL put all his points in the one game so couldn't have done what you suggested anyhow.

Oh and a mod poking fun at someone who has been silenced and can't defend themselves is bullying. I am starting to think maybe Split is right. We need abge and figle and fortknox back to bring order to the power hungry mods.
