You should have won, you had stalemate lines all set up, you could have waited for your opponents to become selfish and claw at one another breaking their lines. Especially in a gunboat game, waiting out your opponents is really helpful.

Waiting your opponents to make a mistake in a long phase game is pretty annoying, I'd say. One game-year is OK. After that, a mod should force the draw. And it was WTA, so there was no incentive at all for the opponents to get greedy.

You didn't have a plan. You should have known which 18 centers you wanted to be yours back when you had 12 centers or so. Then you should have gone and gotten the hard ones first, then cleaned up Turkey later.

Soloing as Austria is tricky has almost never you have the chance to move your fleets out of the Med, even taking Tun is a hard task. In the north, StP is most of the times blocked too.
In this game, in 1910, you could have moved to Gol, Ion and Pie, this will give you a shot at Mars and force England to cover Spa, maybe it could give you the space you need to secure Mars and take Tun in the future, giving you the 18 dots but you choose to take Italy and Turkish centers and give the chance England needs to close the stalemate line.
