I recently found myself in twelve games, and specifically asked to join another, which turns out I could not refuse. I don't know what the hell I was thinking! I'm down to five now, three of them are currently paused, and I'm much happier.
Anyway, one thing I'd advise is to never finalize early, even if it is an easy decision, enjoy the time off from that game to keep up in your other games. For me, I promised myself to take a break for a few months once I wrapped up those 13 games, and that "goal" has helped me make it through too, though if you prefer to keep playing maybe you can promise yourself to max. out at three to four games.
Another thought, rather than quit any of your games, maybe a few will naturally present themselves as games that you can get a bit risky and do some fun and dangerous moves. If they backfire, so be it, lightens your load a bit.
