Since a few people have made this connection between donations and the mods decision about Agent K, some saying they will donate if he is banned while others say the opposite, they will only donate if we have another vote... may I remind people of the following facts...

The donations don't go to the mods. The donations go to the site's creator Kestas who uses the money to pay for the server and hosting expenses. Without Kestas and the server there is no site. So if you are undecided about whether to donate keep this in mind.

Also TheJok3r the mods have actually decided to uphold Agent K's ban. So you have your wish.

Spyman, you're reading my opinion of donations out of context. My donation would not be made to the site in an effort to lobby. I know very well where the donation goes and the purpose it serves.

The point here is that while in this case the ban was upheld, the consideration was still there to bring this player back. This seems to serve as a precedent that the same action will be taken in the future for other members who have violated the integrity of the game. Members such as Sandgoose were banned on multiple occasions and let back in for multiple chances. I'm not going to donate money to a website that I feel isn't being handled properly.

nigee, I want to take a moment and apologize for being a freeloader who hasn't donated to the site. Maybe one day I'll be able to figure out some way to give back to the site a little bit.

@everyone else, the forum is the only method we have to contact the most members possible. We cannot send messages to everyone or post a non moving thread to stay at the top. As I said, not ideal, but we got what we needed out of the thread.

TheJok3r, just to let you know, you have played with multiple reformed cheaters in the past, there are plenty of excellent players on the site who have cheated (broke site rules) before. They are given second chances if the moderator team thinks they will not cheat again. What we were considering was to allow someone back after a year long ban if we thought they were not going to cheat again. I personally don't think giving a months consideration into a problem and then making a decision after weighing dozens of opinions on the forum is mismanaging a site. It would have been if we'd ignored the communities opinion after we asked for it, but we didn't...just my two cents on your comments.

Make the donation and have the mods confirm it and I'll match it. I was very careful in my wording to match the donation you make and not what you offer to make.

@thejok3r - Sandgoose is Glenn's second account here. He was banned before as well and has tried sneaking back in since. They are being fair in that regard. He isn't a first time.offender and he admits that but he also hasn't been clean for a year. I respect the mods decision to not consider him for that reason.
