Why are so many games passworded?

Can someone explain why most games require a password. Surely new and inexperienced payers will only get better by playing with good and experienced players.

Anyone speak Swedish?

Browsing Wikipedia I read that one of the founders of The Pirate Bay was implicated in a robbery of a primary school, and his blood was found at the scene of the crime. The source is in Swedish though, thought I'd try my luck and see if anyone could translate the relevant parts?

Football is a game played, funnily enough, with feet. It's what the entire world with the exception of a few North Americans call football.
You seem to be talking about 'American football'. This is basically rugby for pussies. It is played with feet *and* hands, and because you're pussies you wear armour to play it. Only Americans actually call this football, because they don't appreciate the point that football is called football because you play it only with your feet.

If this is going to degrade over the international football vs american football, I'm going to ignore the thread...

If we are going to talk american football: I'm from Pittsburgh and a Steelers fan. Right now NO and Indy look strong, but I'll always root for my Steelers.

On a side note: I officiate high school football (I'm a head referee this year, but am transfering to back judge to get onto a top crew that works playoff games and such), and will be working my first college game (I'll be a deep wing: back/field/side judge) on 11/02! :D

My team is Oregon State University.

NCAA (college) Football >>>> NFL

Only interest I have in the NFL is seeing former Oregon State players doing well there. Probably has something to do with the closest NFL team being 260 miles away.

We're 3-3, should've been 4-2; lost that last-second heartbreaker to Favre's Vikings, and we came so close with that near-comeback against the Texans still bitter a day later.

Colts up next... that's not good... then the Titans... better...

Well, in the weak NFC West (remember when it was so strong, with Hasselbeck and Shaun Alexander in Seattle and Kurt Warner and Co. in St. Louis and Garcia-to-Owens lighting up San Francisco?) 8-8 is probably good enough for the title, and the Seahawks and Rams are out of it.

It may be a pipe-dream, but damn it, we've just GOTTA beat out the Cardinals!

the denver broncos :) nolan and mcdaniels have done beyond what was anticipated of them and built a very strong team.

everyone claims that this sunday they will lose to the ravens but they said the same thing for their game against the cowboys and patriots as well. i expect to be 7-0 this sunday evening.

i see playoffs for certain but i dont anticipate a super bowl appearance. i think indy has the strongest AFC chance.

Movement question

Ok say Turkish Army A is moving from Area A to Area B, and Turk army B is moving to Area A supported by Turk Army C. But, Rus Army A is moving to Area B, and Rus Army B is moving to Area A supported by Rus army C. What happens?
