here is the thing steven... in a PPSC game, do you have 'eliminations'? of course you do... in fact, in both WTA and PPSC, in the early game, usually 2 players get eliminated... so if you are one of those two, then you lose all points irrelevant right?
then in the mid game, 2 more usually get eliminated or close to elimination... this is where the two types of games change up... b/c in a WTA game, if you are one of the minor powers, you then try to make an alliance with all the other ones to stop the potential winner (the guy who's closest to winning), in which case, you can try to survive and get an equal share in the pot... but in a PPSC game, unless you ARE the guy who'se ahead, or his lackey (the 2nd place player) then more likely than not, you're gonna either get eliminated (zero points) or you are going to be down to very few dots, so very little points, likely less than what you invested...
so anotherwords, in a PPSC game, you really dont have a higher likelyhood of coming away with points... you really dont. AND on top of not really having a shot at more points, you are playing a poorer version of a great game... so not only are you not really getting more points, you are also having a worst experience for your troubles...
thats why I say it makes no logical sense to play PPSC... sure... it SEEMS like you have a shot at getting more points, but in truth, thats not really the case.
