As the owner of the diplomacy rights I've been asked to rule on the Krellin silencing.

The mods and site owners have asked for my opinion on the basis that they will only implement it after checking with Avalon Hill that they have indeed transferred the rights to me. My decision is only temporary until it becomes permanent.

The parties have PM'd me separately.

The mod's case in a nutshell is that (a) they spend too much of the time they freely give up doing things they don't won't to do, like reading the forum. (B) krellin's name often appears and whilst no one can actually say what they find offensive about him, they all agree that they all agree and therefore they can't all be wrong.

Krellin's case is (a) it wasn't me and (b) if it was me I didn't mean to do it. Krellin invokes mental health condition mitigation. He suggests that whilst he hasn't actually being diagnosed he thinks he might be approaching having borderline tautology syndrome disorder (BTSD) which as we all know can be seriously serious.

Krellin also states that he is gay, black and is undergoing gender replacement therapy. This isn't relevant to the case but thinks now is a good time to come out of the closet. Krellin also states that he hasn't mown his lawn for 12 days.

My ruling is that krellin should stay silenced with an extra 32minutes added to his sentence. I only do this to discourage others from appealing to me.

The costs of the hearing are awarded to Kestas.

Those who doubt my power are now witnessing my power to keep Krellin silent.
