The playing the piano part?
Nah...then again when I skip class it's usually A. Because I'm talking to someone worth skipping a class for or B. I haven't slept and would rather sleep for an hour than want to hit people for an hour while people argue Tennyson's "Ulysses" is about drug addiction or PTSD (not making that up...yes...state schools, folks--gotta love 'em!)
Rocking out to Let it Go on the other hand...
Can someone explain how this song is such a damn earworm for everyone now?
I mean, it has an OK tune, I guess, but I don't know...
Am I the only one who hears that song and thinks it's just...not inspiring and kind of messed up?
Granted I haven't seen a Disney film in years, but from what I gather about this song, Blonde Sister nearly kills Blonde Protagonist, feels bad about said actions, and then goes into "Fuck it, that shit's in the past, let it go, forget confronting my deep psychological and familial issues head-on, LET IT GO and shoot snow and ice because Ice Queen parallel, baby!"
^Vastly oversimplified (no need to point that out), but really...am I the only one thinking this girl/these lyrics should be confronting this issue and NOT saying let it go just yet...seems to me she/they missed a few of the stages of confronting your problems rather than weeeeee icicles? Just saying. lol
