Remember, Andrei, orathaic may not be around when you guys get ready to play. You should start the game sooner then pause it so he has time to swap the countries around as you desire. then you can all unpause and play at the desingated time.

In fairness the reason there are so many of us now is because its very rare we're able to help, but hopefully at any time there's someone who can!

But yes thats what to do. I suggest you start the passworded game with your friends, then when it starts each should vote pause and post their agreement to changing nations.
Then, we'd also need a list of which person goes to which nation, and either PM orathaic or email [email protected]

i haven't looked at he mod email recently... i don't think i remember the password, but it does still send me emails which i filter to a diplomacy folder and ignore - i still think posting publically an agreement from the players is entirely valid. So this thread rather than an email.

but trust figles, i'm clearly online more than i was expecting to be...
