There CAN be a difference between being found not guilty and being innocent, which is intended to be a comment about the banning process in general and not about this specific situation.

He was investigated by someone else in April, and found to be acceptable.

I've been looking at actions since then, where he doesn't seem to have cheated.

As stated above I'm still kinda going, so its not over yet, and need to talk to the mod who handled that investigation.
