the only reason i cant think of as to why that would happen is if you selected "build an army" and "St Petersburg", updated your orders, and then changed it to "build a fleet" but didnt update/finalize your orders again and just waited til the phase ended

Well, you'd need to update in order to get it to be "registered" as it were

@Brad, would supporting Nor-St P in the spring allowing you to distroy the fleet help? England could then move out in the autumn and you retain the SC?

This is exactly why you lot *shouldn't* worry about multi-accounters!
Generally they're so bad you beat them anyway because they make the alliance so obvious everyone joins against them.

Yes, it was most likely done to play more games than he could. So I'm willing to leave him an account.

so just red flag his account and if he mutli's to get an in game advantage then we take care of the problem

In the interest of not ruining a number of games, do you think it would be appropriate not to ban his additional accounts until he's finished his games? Because he's not actually in any of his own games, I don't think he intended anything malicious with his extra accounts.

fb: I'm not sure I understand your question. I think you asked what if he joins more games with his other accounts so they're still going. Well, obviously Chrisp is sorting out this one and I can't speak for him, but I would be watching him. He's probably been emailed telling him to choose one account and close the others, and if I saw him entering new games I would ban the account there and then.
Saying that, as Friendly Sword says, generally honour works. He seems to have more than one account yes, but he hasn't cheated, and so I would suggest he only did it to get more games. This is against the rules yes, but it's unlikely that it was done with any intent to cause others to suffer.
