You'll be playing two games at once, with the starts staggered by a few weeks.
The most you could play is three rounds of two mostly concurrent, 36 hour phase games apiece. It should be done by Christmas.

Zane, I saw the chips! mine are balsamic flavored. I've been playing a no-press game to get used to the interface, you might want to try it yourself, it's a much different one than we're used to. Not that it'll make a difference when I win, of course ;)

I'll likely create the games on the fourth, but player will have a week to join (games here start immediately once seven players have joined) in case people want to avoid the weekend or don't see the email immediately or whatever.

I for one am delighted that a second rate playDipper will be in the tournament. I feel we should all make an effort not to be condescending or act superior around the foreigners. Much like when you visit a third world country, we should not dwell on the obvious local deficiencies, but instead celebrate that which is to be admired.

So octavious, are you saying that the play dippers coming over here may compare this site to a third world country in comparison to their home site?

You raise a good point, I should explain it more simply so playDippers can understand. Our playDipper guests would be more akin to Eric the Eel competing at the Sydney Olympics. Sure, he couldn't swim for toffee, but you have to admire his try hard attitude, cheerful face, and they way he went back to his home country when the competition was over.
