@tru ninja, there may be some problem, because my silly webpage is hacked together and much more complicated than it needs be...
you should be able to click the link and the 'confirmation' button to see the page load
and it should list you confirmation status. (which you can also change) - actually Tru, i think the space in your name messed up my system, cause i forgot to test it with names which have spaces... d'oh.

sorry, have been away so just catching up now

@anon for lower levels/open leagues, I don't think this is necessarily. I know there is some risk, but being ganged up on in one game means you are less of a threat in a second game (and thus a useful ally) i think if you're good enough you should be able to play the group against each other and undermine any such alliance against you.

i think the timing between games should be ~ S1906
So with a 24 hour game that means ~ 2 weeks.
With a 36 hour game then it should be a 3 week gap.
This leaves your first game ending as your third game starts, and your 2nd game ending as the 4th starts - this means you have an idea of who's doing well in your group by the time you start game 4 but you're never certain, and game 3 is still open. I think this format works.

as for anything about seeding.
Your points in a league come AFTER ranking based on your performance. If you were first in C1 but only managed 10.4

that's still better than 2nd in C2 with 19

. (because you are only earning points to have the best position within your sub-division of the C league - at least that is my understanding of the intention.)
