I'll look into anyone with a reliability rating below 90%. Exceptions may be made for people whose resigns have come entirely in live games or people who had non-repeating emergencies that caused a one-time hit to their GR.

Hey Nanook. Looks like you're given some chips when you start here and you're expected to bet on yourself in games. I haven't seen any mechanism for betting on other players, so I don't see how we can fare very well here.
