yes thats how it tended to be this week.

i have been runnign behind every morning because ibumped my alarm clock time so i don;t have to wake up as early. thus i sacraficed my usual bowl of wheaties a toast and juice.

its just a test. we'll see whcih i like better food or sleep

Good luck with that, I'd take food over just about anything in a heartbeat.

4 strips of bacon
oatmeal
2 pancakes
a bowl of reeses puffs
grape juice.

I went in the Corps officialy at 5'10" and a half and 129 lbs. I just barely made their minimum for my height.

But that was 25 years ago.

Not really a big eater I'm 14 5'5" and run cross country so anything I eat is burned right off.

I usually have grits scrambled eggs real country sausage and biscuits smothered in sausage gravy.

Every morning, courtesy of the food staff in my dormitory:

1 Omelet with cheese mushrooms and tomatoes in
2 strips of bacon
1 slice of toast, buttered
1 bowl of applesauce
1 bowl of yogurt, with honey mixed in
1 bowl of oatmeal, spiced with nutmeg
1 glass orange juice
1 glass apple juice
1 glass milk
1 cup of coffee
a banana.

and the occasional donut..

I was never a breakfast fan, but I've been converted. The day you have is just so much better. I sit there and eat in relative silence, reading the Economist, every morning while my roommate sleeps. Hahaha it's fantastic.

Oh and I'm 6'4" at 165 lbs 18 y/o for y'alls reference. Trying to gain weight, but I also do a lot of jogging.

I'm 6' 2 " and weigh 145 pounds... at age 17. I need to eat at least 3500 calories a day to fuel my constant soccer practice.

i hate it when I sit around all day it pisses me off because then you feal like shit and you and don't accomplish anything ,but still do it occasionally =)

High protein and 6000 calories per day. when I was 23 I started lifting @165. 6 months later I was up to 195. I tore my rotater cuff & quit lifting. 6 weeks later I was back down to 175 and held that till about a year ago.

I exercise enough to burn what I eat, but not what I drink. Less of a problem now that I'm out of uni (until next year!) but I am a beer aficionado and hate my metabolism for it.

I am barely 5'7". I am a very small man. However, I also weigh under 120 lbs., so.

I wouldn't hurry to put on weight guys, unless you have image problems, cos it comes very easily as the years tick by. I was 6' 3" and 154 lbs for yonks and then, well, I discovered horizontal growth in the middle region. Now stay around 195 lbs most of the time.

The kid is eating his way through horses right now and doing very heavy training (swimmer). He has reached me in height, passed me in reach, and weighs more than I did at his age (16) by about 30 lbs already. If he stops training, he will rival a Zeppelin one day.

Apparently Diplomacy is inhabited by abnormally skinny people, huh? :P

I'm 190 lbs at 5'10 and I do not consider myself overweight...

Just live what you feel is a healthy, active, comfortable life, and unless your doctor advises you otherwise, whatever weight you end up striving for that is probably the one best suited for your body. Striving for a particular weight is an unfortunate side-effect of our image obsessed society.

Erm, yes you can. I am. Was this meant to be some kind of joke?

I am allergic to egg white (but not yolk), soy protein, peanuts, cashew nuts, and some other stuff besides. All of the above (especially soya) brings me out in a rash, while eating peanuts makes my throat close up and is quite unpleasant.

For reference on the weight thing, I am 5' 10'' and 196 lbs. In my view I could do with losing about a stone.
