It may not be cricket, but the other powers can also gang up on him and eliminate him in-game if he's being annoying in-game. Consider it the equivalent of Kaiser Wilhelm's gift for needlessly making enemies.

You have confessed to me that your girlfriend who moved away is Hail the Victor. Do you always plan to play with her? If so, will you tell your opponents in the game that you know each other in real life? And will you always be allying with her from the start when it is convenient? The latter I ask because that is against the rules. Telling your opponents you know each other isn't a strict rule, but it is good form to do. But always allying with someone when your nations can work together is a pregame alliance and is strictly forbidden.

Oh, and I better not hear you tell of her coming to town and giving you sexual favors for your help in a game. If she does that, she has to give *all* of us sexual favors. Share and share alike, so they say.

Nothing falsified about it. The mods can see the PM you wrote to me. I asked you questions. Maybe even leading questions. But you never answered me, leading me to believe you are helping her in every game and that, my dear diplofool, is cheating. It's called metagaming and is against the rules.

What they should do is dock both of you points and either remove one or both of you from your current two games you are collectively winning, or cancel those games altogether and then dock you the points. At least, that is what I would do. You don't need banning, but you do need punished and those games need rectified as the other five players in each of those games are being directly affected by your cheating.

Unless the mods say no, you can play with her, but don't always ally with her and let the others know she is a real life acquaintance.. The key is to inform and then treat her like any other player.
