these arent mutually exlusive - God might have gotten the ball rolling creating the first single celled organisms, then evilution could have taken over

hence the 1%

for that matter - I think I'll go with God created Aliens, who then brought the first organisms to earth, which then evoled into all of the life forms we've grown so fond of eating

well, I have an easy answer to that one. And this could be possible and not just sarcasm. Personally dont believe in sophisticated life-forms that are human like outside of earth, but it is possible.

Possibly God created a mechanism with which to create life. Or A god i should say. All religions believe they are right anyhow. But by setting up this system and process by which to create life, creatures from another world evolved and developed a way in which to come to our primitive planet and possible carried various microlife-forms which thrived and evolved on our planet, or brought other organism with which to populate the seas and land

I believe that first there was the big bang, the point when nothingness became something. Then, billions of years later (4.54 billion years ago) the earth was formed one way or another. 3.5 billion years after that the first life appeared and evolution took over.

I personally see the probability of a god existing in the first place as relatively low. Therefore I think that evolution is much more reasonable solution.

Many people who see evolution as the only way believe that its both archaic and ignorant of clear evidence to believe that the world was defined completely by God - in particular how it was stated in Genesis.

Christian fundamentalists see the bible as a historical document. Stating otherwise is a threat to their beliefs, unreasonable and 'wrong'.

What did you actually want from this thread? Don't people post on a forum in this context to state their views? You don't want people to explain them afterwards?
