Mods I'd officially like to officially use the forums to accuse Zultar of cheating. He and Sargmacher had an unbreakable alliance in this game and despite the fact that my diplomacy is the best anybody has ever seen they never cracked. The only way this is possible is if they were, in fact, the same person. It certainly couldn't have been because I was competing at a totally new echelon of play.

Also Uclabb and The Hanged Man are the same person for the same reason.

Please remedy situation and return to me my unbeaten record, kthx.

Frank is obviously Sargmarcher ....... that's why he got so upset that time when I told him that Frank and dubmdell were a bit too close in a gunboat, another cheater that needs to be banned, oh sorry, I exposed another one, the Mods can't wait to take my points :-)
You cheat continually for two years, the Mods finally reluctantly ban you, you suggest the idea on the forum that someone might not be playing fair, they nick your hard-earned points. Should I be so shocked when I'm dealing with people from a country that are seriously considering voting Mitt Romney as President of the USA. A few over eager Mods seem inconsequential in that fucked up country.
Do I get banned straight away even though I've never cheated and never would cheat or do you allow me a couple of years of warnings?

I will second Yellowjacket's accusation of that game, since uclabb/TheHangedMan shamelessly exploited my willingness to work with them, and my naivety had nothing to do with my defeat.

@Nigee - You fucking twit. This sight is run by an Aussie and several of the mods are from Europe, no tthe US. Finally, consider yourse3lf lucky you weren't banned for breaking the "no posting cheating accusations on the forum" rule repeatedly.

There is the right way to do things and there is your way. Your way is against the rules and that is why you get docked points and silenced.

Wow, I am not a very active member of this site, but I do find myself reading the forums occasionaly through boredom, and it does shock me that such an established and liked player turned out to be a cheat.

Thanks mods for keeping the site clean. Can't imagine someone would that much time and effort in cheating so skillfully over a time of 2 years. That's almost Abagnale like proportions. Was gameID=102088 one of the games you caught him on?

Sarg was the first player to PM me when I was new and tell me I was fucking something or other so I looked at his playing history and noticed a little relationship with him and another player. I mailed him back and accused him of cheating which sent him apeshit. He eventually apologised for his behaviour so I stopped analyzing his playing history. I think I'll check back now to see if his 'friend' has been banned also. This was back in January of this year.......if the other player has been banned I assume I'm allowed to name him.

I just had time to skim through these posts. Thank you for your post, Lando- well said. I have played quite a few high pot and high quality games with Sarg. He's a great player which makes this all seem that much more senseless. That being said, there's not doubt that the mods did the correct thing in banning him.

Please don't look too closely or another couple of names crop up a little frequently also and they are not banned, move along now people, nothing to see here :-)

He did play in 480 games, it's not surprising at all that he's in a lot of games with the common gunboaters. If you feel that we missed an account feel free to email us though, and we will look into it.

jmo I don't want anyone banned, I just want them to play fairly .... it's only a game and there is no money involved so what is the point of cheating. If you're a cheapskate you don't even pay-to-play (I see), is human nature really this corrupt even when nothing is at stake.

While I personally had Sarg on my "blacklist" (merely do to his style of press, because I did not care for it at all, not because I thought he was a cheat), I must join those in saying he was a good player and it makes no sense to me why he would have cheated. In last October's ABI, where I placed Sarg in a fully anonymous game he shared a three-way draw with the most centers. Sarg then played in the consolation finals of that tournament and got a solo, which I was equally shocked and impressed with. All that said, glad he got banned based on what the mods have described, I don't buy into the argument that if he contributed to the site he should get a longer leash when it comes to cheating, that will only encourage/tempt the multitude of quality players on this site to try cheating themselves... Well, probably not, since cheaters are a rare breed, especially amongst those that do reasonably well, pride can be quite motivating (especially compared to meaningless/empty success from cheating), but I digress...
