I've had three games in a row as Italy.

I love Italy, with Italy its all about deception, and communication. And you have a great opening position.

I love Italy, and hate Austria.

Italy has the joy of being unlikely to get attacked early on, the option of balanced alliance with Russia that Austria can only dream of, and a great position to push across the stalemate line. Once you've got to about 12 centres, the chances of actually soloing with Italy are greater than for any other power, and in reality a keen Italy should be able to make it that far.

I just started playing again and my very first two games I got austria two times. What happened to the whole system that Kestas made to keep this from happening? Has it failed?

A system was added to *reduce* the chance of that happening.
More to the point, it was added to reduce the chance of a significant long-term deviation.
It couldn't be too heavily biased or allocation would become near deterministic.

It's been weighted against having the same country in a row, it doesn't eliminate the possibility.

Also, I love Italy. Take this opportunity to try new things with the country and see how it works.

oof 3 times in a row, i am getting sick of turkey- 4 or 5 times in my last 7 or 8 games i think, or something ridiculous like that
