What is a process cycle?

I have been jumping into some live games and when 7 players join the "game will start on next process cycle" notice comes up. Usually this is no big deal. I just jumped into one that doesn't start for 1:35. When does the process cycle come up?

Looking to start a Live Game in 5 hours

Awesome, simply awesome. I saw it in 2

first and was so impressed I went back to see it in 3

. It is fantastic. The 3

effects extend to the computer displays the characters are using - they have depth too. And what appeared to be "normal" photos on a wall in the 2

version were given depth too. Amazing!

Variant Map Discussions

Where is the best place to go to discuss variant maps, either the variant itself or the implementation? If we're testing out the variant maps, it would make sense to have somewhere to go to discuss issues with the implementation or the variant itself.

Sendler, non anonymous is better for live games...
That way you know who is in and you have better way to check for possible "cheating"

There is also the chance to know if the players are still online when the game starts, thing that we can't in anonymous...
Just my opinion...
I hope we don't have CD's :)

I know it´s a gunboat and that it´s anonymous, but I have some real life business and will have to leave soon, so I would like to ask for a draw, as nobody seems to be winning soon and a CD would probably screw the game.
Sorry for that, and it´s your call guys (if you see this message, of course).

Austria... I tried to ally with you in the 2 first rounds supporting your unit in triest, but you kept attacking me...

France... Pretty fun those fleets moving nowhere... I apprecciated it.

Turkey: it was going to be a good fight... too bad you had to leave.

I just got a new feature idea, ive had recently, and now it came to my mind again
there should be public chat after an gunboat has ended, so you can make some comments or thank everyone for finalizing quickly or etc...

Well, thanks for allowing me in the draw. I have two and a half hours to play in thesis(waiting to get my wife and daughther) but she comes early and won´t be very happy to wait until the game ends.
It was a really good game, took over a CD Turkey (someone said that I will just lose my bet) and did a great come back and will be a really good fight with Italy (I guess Troodonte will kick my ass...).

Depends, if you are watching a film while playing or doing something else, I prefer gunboat. Since you do not need to talk, just do orders every 5 minutes.

The Quibble With Christians

WHY, whenever on this site or in real life, when I ask a Christian to talk about ANYTHING philosophical, be it anything about God,HOW and IF you can know something, Free Will, How We Should Run A State...
