[email protected], and we can take a closer look. If you mail it's easier to process and share with the more technically inclined among us.
However, I'll tell you off the bat that this is likely a freak occurrence. Not necessarily human error, but maybe something went wrong during refresh or whatever. They don't occur often, and if they do we can usually find nothing in the logs. As you may understand, we can't roll back the phase since the orders are out already. So any orders processed will remain processed.
Mail us if you want us to check out whether it's a bug, but I hope you'll understand we wont be able to reverse it.
