First off, Dearborn Heights isn't predominantly white, not in the region that's 6 blocks away from Detroit like that paper claims. I find it hilarious that the paper quotes the story from the Detroit Free Press, and then tries to play this off as a racial murder in a all white neighborhood.

Second, there's not stand your ground law in Michigan. Fourth, the prosecutor asked the police to keep investigating before deciding to press changes, that doesn't mean it's not going to happen.
