A cancelled game disappears from the site's official records; no score is kept and you can't look back at it.
A draw is an agreement between the remaining nations that no more nations can be cut out of the final configuration of unit. The result is stored and the points that were layed in by all players is distributed among those in the draw.

A draw splits the points between all remaining players and the game goes on record in your percentages as a draw. A cancel removes the game entirely, returning the points to *all* players including the defeated ones and any presently in CD. The game no longer appears and isn't counted in your percentages as all records from the game are deleted.

As I know, English is hybrid language in etimological point of view.

Doh! Draugnar posting under JG's account as I was doing TD business again. I swear I spend more time here TDing than on my own account playing! :-)

Corporate computer only has IE and the way IE handles the site cookies wouldn't work. If my Sony hadn't died, I'd use the corporate one for my stuff and the Sony for TDing.
