as bad as this sounds i think... a heterosexual male... i REALLY enjoy eating meat and if I was a vegetarian I couldn't enjoy it. also i really disapprove of vegetarians

The eating meat dilema is interesting; say you held a gun to a vegetarian's head and gave them the choice - eat meat or blow me? If they blew you would it be sexual assault as well as other crimes that may be on the charge sheet?

That would be aggravated rape -- had a case in NOLA/BR where a woman got in what looked like (but wasn't) a taxi, and she was forced at knifepoint to blow the criminal. The charge was aggravated rape. (And while I don't know for sure, I'm fairly certain that the choice is immaterial to the rap sheet.)

16) I can't even conceive of a situation where that would happen. I'd shoot to kill, not blow anything up, and be fine... or... if that did happen, there's no way you get two life sentences. If that *has* to be the choice I might rather the assault... but there's no way that would happen so... yeah.
