@happyjo - if you don't like being stabbed, learn to read the signs, prepare for the attempt (or mitigate it by not leaving yourself open), stab first, or just don't play. That is the nature of this game. You use the other players until the time is right, then you abuse their trust. This is a game about winning and a draw isn't a win.

I feel some of you may have taken my message out of context.

Me and BZD get on really well. The abuse we give to each other is harmless banter.

My style of play is not to backstab, i prefer the draw with an ally.

Most times I will get stabbed so as you say that is the game.

I enjoy the playing, BZD will disagree but winning is not everything.

BZD's style and mine differ but suits us when we play, you never know maybe I am setting you all up, leaving you with the impression that I will never stab.

Who knows what the future may bring.

Happy is right, it is just harmless banter and i dont mind it at all. I feel a little bad about it all really, like i have taken advantage somehow, but as Draug points out, its all in the game. Happy is rather good at the old tactics but is just too nice for his own good!

The holiday was great thanks, needed the break and i do disagree, winning is almost everything :)

@ Happy. I thought your post was funny. I especially like the "Speak soon Muppet". It reminded me of an old Angel episode (for any that know the reference) where he was turned into a muppet.

I remember that one well. His werewolf love tore him a new one and then, we she returned to normal, saw all the fluff and thought she had eaten him. That was one great episode. "Happy Time", I think it was called.

I never really got into Angel or Buffy, i have been forced fed Charmed though, which although i hate more than anything else, i find myself drawn to watching it. Of course nothing quite beats the Soprano's and the Wire as decent TV.

Life on Mars is worth watching as well if you can get hold of it.
