i don't mean to be a problem, but i didn't get an email :(

I apologise everyone, I went out of town this weekend for graduation and adminstration has proven difficult from a smartphone. I will try to sort the problems out asap.

When I get home on Sunday I'll work out the details for the rotation. I've got a little java applet that randomly chooses countries for a group of seven players based on what they've played as in other games. It should make an admin's job much easier. I just need to work on the GUI to make it easier to use. Hopefully we can have it all sorted by Wednesday so the teams can start unpausing their games.

With the addition of ottovanbis, we're at seven replacement players.

There are two more sets of games in the first leg that a replacement could be needed for, but once eliminations happen, those that were eliminated will likely be the ones filling in for those not wishing to continue into the second and third legs.

I really wish I could have accommodated all those interested, but 49 is really the perfect number for a diplomacy tournament. Perhaps trip can work some kind of priority Fall signup for those on this list, they will certainly have priority on the next tournament I put together.
