I was thinking that a logic or math game would be fun to play on webdip. I will give a sequence of numbers and your job is to figure out the next two numbers. I will email the mods with the sequence, the rule that makes up the sequence, and the values of the next few numbers/objects. If you figured out what the next two numbers are, post them in the thread and they can be verified by the person who made the puzzle or the mods or independently by another person. The first person to solve the previous puzzle gets to make a new puzzle, give at least 5 numbers/objects in the sequence, email the mods the rules of the puzzle along with the next few numbers/values/objects in the puzzle and so forth. Only one puzzle can be presented to the forum at a time. If no one can solve the puzzle within 24 hours, you win and we start a new game.
The sequence must be made up of words, numbers, or symbols (ASCII characters) and not pictures/gif/links. The sequence must have at least 10 objects/numbers/values.
So, my sequence is 11, 21, 1211, 111221, 312211. I will email the mods the rules and the next few numbers. Post the numbers and either I or the mods will verify them unless it was solved by another independently (which, if wrong, can be overturned). If you are correct, then reveal the previous sequence’s rules along with your new puzzle in the next post; email the mods with the heading “Are you smarter than the previous webdipper” with your rule and the new few numbers. I hope this makes sense.
